Refund Policy


I only offer returns on items that are defective or damaged in post when received.

Please contact me within 10 days of receiving the order with any complaints you may have.

If 10 days have passed, then please contact me directly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Do not remove the wooden frame or outer packaging. Item must be returned in full packaging as it was received.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

You should see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank but if you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your bank.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are not happy or need to exchange it for the same item or another item of the same value, please contact me directly.


You will be responsible for paying for your own packaging, shipping, or delivery costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for tracking your return, in case your return item is lost, contact your shipping carrier. To ensure the safety of your item, consider using a shipping service with tracking services or shipping insurance.
